Cooking for Thanksgiving was an inspiration to get cracking on this project again. We needed the recipe for Green Stuff while we were out today and the book was at home.
It inspired us to denote which recipes in the book are Thanksgiving favorites. It was funny to realize no meat recipes made it as we don’t have recipes for turkey and ham, and we don’t bake cakes at Thanksgiving either. We also realized there are some staples that are more recent than the 2007 edition of the cookbook.
