We don’t have anything on here for the air fryer… until now. We were plotting on dinner for tonight while menu planning this morning. I suggested meatballs, which we had not made in years. In searching for recipes, I ran across a few for air fryers.
Here is the recipe we used, adapted from a website that has been successful for us in the past. Of course we made some changes, and they are documented here:
One of the points of having our own website was to record those changes we make when we like a recipe but it’s a little different from the source. The other point was to get to the dang recipe and not have to read a story or deal with ads. We’ve crossed the threshold of renewing the domain and hosting agreement, so at least that part has been a year. I really started working on the site on Nov 8, 2021.
I’ve learned a little, but haven’t added some planned features that I thought I would.
Anyway, the new inspiration will be to add some air fryer favorites, so next up will be air fryer hot wings!
