…winner chicken dinner!
We made a Baked Feta Pasta (here) the other day that I thought was awesome, but it was too tangy for the ladies in the family. So for now it doesn’t go into the rotation.
Amy got an easy chicken pot pie recipe from delish.com that we adapted based on preference and ingredients on hand.
Amy cooked the chicken and chopped the veggies the day before, so this went together pretty quick. The biscuits work really well and the filling is perfect. I suggested doubling the amount of biscuits and chopping them before baking to get more top coverage and more bread to filling ratio.
