Amy (Smith) York

About me

Born in Dayton, TX to Rich & Linda Smith, Amy spent her childhood sitting there being good. Her freshman year at Texas A&M, she met Andy York, and then things really got interesting.

Culinary highlights include: friend Allen dumping a pack of raw mushrooms into a pot of olive oil and asking when they start to look like the ones at the restaurant, friend Joseph eating most of a pan of chicken spaghetti in one sitting, and the many, many, many batches of creme brûlée that didn’t set before Amy finally nailed it.

Amy is excellent – at teaching, at knitting & crocheting, and especially at making delicious food for Andy, Abby, Audrey, and many friends.
