Fruit Dip

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow cream
  • 1 Tbsp grated orange rind
  • 1 Tbsp orange juice
  • 1/4 cup ground walnuts (or pecans)

Beat cream cheese at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy. Add marshmallow cream, orange rind, and orange juice; beat until smooth. Stir in walnuts. Cover and chill 30 minutes. Serve with fresh fruit. Makes 2 cups.
