7Up Salad aka Green Stuff

  • 1 cup 7Up
  • 1 cup marshmallows
  • 1 6 oz package Lime Jello
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese
  • Large can crushed pineapple
  • 3/4 cup nuts
  • 1 cup Cool Whip

Microwave 7Up and marshmallows until melted, then add Lime Jello. Pour over cream cheese in mixing bowl. Blend on low-medium speed until smooth. (Linda, be careful what speed the mixer is set to when you turn it on.) Add pineapple, with juice, Cool Whip and nuts, and stir together. Chill overnight or until set.
