Air Fryer Meatballs

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • ½ pound Italian pork sausage, mild or hot to your preference
  • ⅓ cup seasoned bread crumbs (1 slice of bread toasted and pulsed in food processor)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix well.
  • Divide into 16 meatballs. (1.5 oz each)
  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.
  • Place meatballs in a single layer in the air fryer. Turn air fryer down to 380°F.
  • Cook meatballs for 14 minutes. After about 8 minutes, pull out the basket and give it a good shake to turn the meatballs. Return basket and finish cooking.
  • Let meatballs rest 3 minutes before serving.
  • We serve over pasta and red sauce.
