1 pkg butterscotch regular pudding mix
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 Tbsp oleo
1 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Mix pudding, sugar, milk, and oleo in pan. Cook until sugar dissolves and boils. Remove and add pecans. Beat until it thickens. Drop by spoonfuls on wax paper. May seem soft but will be firm if left overnight. Don’t beat too long.
