Caramel Banana Pie

  • Can Eagle Brand Milk
  • 3 Bananas
  • Cool Whip
  • Graham Cracker Pie Crust
  • Heath Bar

To make the caramel: Take a can of Eagle Brand milk and place it in a pan. Fill the pan with water submerging the can and boil it for three hours. This will caramelize the milk. Keep adding water as it evaporates. Keep the can submerged throughout the process. Let can of milk cool for 24 hours. When I boil the Eagle Brand Milk, I usually boil five or six cans.

When ready to assemble the pie, cut up three bananas and place in the pie crust. Next, pour the caramelized Eagle Brand Milk on top of the bananas and cover the caramel with Cool Whip. Finally, crumble the Heath Bar on top. Refrigerate before serving
