2 whole eggs
1 ½ cup sugar (or 1 cup sugar and 1 tsp Sweet & Low)
1/2 stick oleo
1 tsp vanilla
1 ½ cup milk
2 Tbsp flour
1/2 pkg coconut (sorry, she didn’t give size, but I buy the “normal” plastic package)
Mix above. Bake in raw crust: 425° for 15 min, then 350° for 40 min.
