- 2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 cans cream style corn
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 Tbsp dried minced onion or to taste
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 6 Tbsp Bisquick or similar
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix together, place in casserole sprayed with nonstick spray, cook at 350 degrees about 1 hour, until brown on top and center not jiggly.
