Corn Casserole

  • 2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 cans cream style corn
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp dried minced onion or to taste
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 6 Tbsp Bisquick or similar
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Mix together, place in casserole sprayed with nonstick spray, cook at 350 degrees about 1 hour, until brown on top and center not jiggly.
