Cranberry Bread

• 1 cup plus 1 Tbsp water
• 2 Tbsp honey
• 2 Tbsp oleo
• 3 cups Gold Medal bread flour
• 1 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 pkg Red Star yeast
• 1/2 cup dried cranberries

Add ingredients in order given to bread machine bucket. Select sweet or basic cycle. Add cranberries when beep sounds on machine. Remove from pan and cool on rack. Slice when cool. Makes yummy toast with lots of butter.
