1 cup mayo
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
Mix these six ingredients.
1 ½ cup cooked twist macaroni
1 cup quartered cherry tomatoes
½ cup green pepper, chopped
½ cup ripe olives, sliced
Combine first six ingredients. Stir in remainder. Cover. Chill. Makes 3 cups. Aunt Janelle always doubles this recipe. If you can let it sit a day, the flavor intensifies wonderfully!
