Dewberry Cobbler

4 cups dewberries
1 ½ cups sugar
2 heaping Tbsp flour
3 – 4 Tbsp butter
Pastry for top and bottom crust

Mix sugar and flour together. Add to dewberries and toss until all are coated. Heat in pan until sugar is dissolved, stirring as it heats. It will form juice as it heats. Add butter and stir until melted. Pour in 9 inch pie pan and cover with top crust. Sprinkle top crust with about 1 Tbsp sugar. Cook at 350° for 40-45 minutes until top crust is brown. Top with vanilla ice cream
