Green Rice

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 (8oz) jar cheese whiz
  • 2 pkg frozen chopped broccoli (cook and drain)
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 cup chopped onions
  • 3/4 cup chopped celery

Sauté onions and celery in 1 stick oleo. Add to cooked rice, cheese whiz, soup, and broccoli. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
