- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 (8oz) jar cheese whiz
- 2 pkg frozen chopped broccoli (cook and drain)
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 cup chopped onions
- 3/4 cup chopped celery
Sauté onions and celery in 1 stick oleo. Add to cooked rice, cheese whiz, soup, and broccoli. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
