Homemade Mayonnaise

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp white pepper

Pulse egg in food processor for 30 seconds. Add oil slowly. When desired consistency, add other ingredients until blended. Chill one hour. Makes two cups.
