Jalapeño Poppers

  • Fresh jalapeños, halved, seeded and deveined
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
  • Bacon, regular sliced (one slice per whole jalapeño)
  • Wooden Toothpicks

Cut bacon slices in half. Fill a jalapeño half with cream cheese. Wrap half slice of bacon around the cream cheese filled jalapeño and secure the bacon in place with a toothpick. Grill poppers until bacon is fully cooked.
