Key Lime Pie

1 ready-made graham cracker crust
1 (15 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
4 egg yolks
½ cup lime juice
¾ cup cold heavy cream
¼ cup powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 325°. Whisk condensed milk, egg yolks, and juice until well-blended. Pour filling into crust and bake 15 to 17 minutes, until center is set but still quivery. Let cool on cooling rack and then refrigerate until cold. Before serving, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until it forms stiff peaks. Spread whipped cream over the pie and serve.
