Mexican Corn

Corn on the cob (preferably grilled)
Mayonnaise
Mexican Cream
Cotija Cheese (grated- easiest with Microplane)
Chile Pequin (ground)
Limes

Combine even amounts mayonnaise and Mexican cream. Lather all over Corn on the Cob. Generously sprinkle cotija cheese on all sides of corn. Sprinkle chile pequin (be careful, it’s hot). Squeeze lime juice all over.
