Mississippi Fudge Cake

4 eggs
2 sticks oleo
2 cups sugar
1 ½ cups flour
¼ tsp salt
1/3 cup cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
1 bag mini marshmallows (for icing)

Melt oleo and add cocoa. Set aside to cool. Beat eggs, add sugar and other ingredients. Add to oleo and cocoa. Add vanilla. Pour in greased and floured 9×13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and cover with mini marshmallows and put back in oven until marshmallows melt. Have icing ready.

Melt ½ stick oleo in pan. Then pour melted oleo over:
1/3 cup cocoa
1 box powder sugar
1/3 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans

Icing will be thick. Spread on top of melted marshmallows and swirl together.
