1 lb box brown sugar
2 cups pecans
½ cup evaporated milk
1 Tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
Cook sugar, pecans, milk and butter to hard ball stage; remove from heat. Add flavoring; beat until creamy and slightly cooled. Drop quickly from tsp onto waxed paper. Makes 2 dozen pieces.
