- 1 lb dry pinto beans, sorted for rocks and busted beans and then rinsed
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 3 or 4 strips raw bacon, cut in half
- 6 cups water or chicken broth. ( I had 2 cups of broth so I used it and 4 C of water)
Manual 45 min high pressure, 20 min natural release (NR)
