½ cup oleo
1 square unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 cup sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
Cream oleo and sugar. Add eggs, chocolate and vanilla. Mix well. Beat in flour and baking powder. Stir in pecans. Spread in greased and floured 9×13 inch pan. Next:
8 ounce cream cheese (Reserve 2 ounces)
½ cup sugar
2 Tbsp flour
¼ cup oleo
1 egg
½ tsp vanilla
¼ cup pecans
Beat cream cheese, oleo and sugar together. Beat in egg. Add flour then vanilla and then pecans. Spread on first mixture. Spread 6 ounce package chocolate chips on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Remove pan from oven.
Sprinkle 2 cups marshmallows on top and melt in oven for 2 minutes.
Frosting:
¼ cup oleo
1 square chocolate
¼ cup millk
1 tsp vanilla
2 ounces cream cheese
1 box powder sugar
Melt oleo, chocolate and milk in pan. Cool. Add to cream cheese and beat with mixer. Beat in powder sugar and vanilla. Have filling ready to spread on cake as soon as marshmallows melt. Cut into bars.
