- 2 cups cooked shrimp, chopped into small pieces
- 2 pkg jalapeño cornbread mix
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion and tops
- 1 finely chopped jalapeño pepper
In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Heat oil to 365 degrees. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls into hot oil. Deep fry to golden brown.
