Sopapilla Cheesecake

2 rolls of Pillsbury crescent rolls (room temp)
2 (8oz) pkg. cream cheese (room temp)
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 stick butter (melted)
sugar and cinnamon

Spray or grease 9″ x 13″ pan. Spread one can of crescent rolls in pan. Blend cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla together. Spread over crescents. Top with other can of crescents. Pour melted butter over top. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. For variation, spread one 10 ounce jar Smucker’s Apricot Spread over cream cheese and omit cinnamon.
