Beef Ribeye or NY Strip Sliced the length of the steak, about 1/8 inch thick and Skewered
Marinade:
½ cup chunky peanut butter
½ cup dry sherry
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup white or red wine vinegar
¼ cup honey
2 Tbsp dark sesame oil
2 Tbsp Asian chile sauce
6 cloves garlic, finely minced
¼ cup finely minced ginger
¼ cup minced fresh cilantro sprigs
Cover skewered meat with marinade for 30 minutes. Char on very hot grill (about 30 seconds to a minute, depending on heat of grill) on each side.
