1 lb ground meat
1 small onion (½ cup)
1 small bell pepper (½ cup)
2 tsp chili powder
1 lb Velveeta cheese
1 can original Rotel tomatoes
Lettuce
Tomatoes, diced
Tortilla chips
Salt and pepper to taste
Brown ground meat with onion and bell pepper. Add spices. Cut Velveeta cheese into small cubes. Add cheese and Rotel tomatoes. Stir until melted. To serve: Layer plate with chips, meat and cheese sauce, lettuce, tomatoes. Serves 4 to 5.
